Alex Finerman
Managing Principal
Alex has extensive experience investing across asset classes in the private and public markets, in both asset-based and innovation-driven sectors. He previously served as a Director at Inherent Group, where he built and led investment activity in hospitality, software, healthcare, and education across multiple pools of capital in the private and public markets. Prior firms include ContourGlobal, Uptrust, Glenview Capital Management and Morgan Stanley.
Alex holds an AB from Harvard College and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
Patrick Mullen
Managing Principal
Patrick has extensive experience managing and advising asset- and corporate-level real estate investments across several sectors. He most recently served as Managing Director in the single-family residential (SFR) investment management division of Amherst ($15Bn AUM). Previously, he was with Morgan Stanley real estate investment banking where he advised the senior leadership of client firms on over $100Bn of strategic and financial transactions. Patrick is a CFA Charterholder.
Patrick holds a BS from the USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business
James Wilson
Managing Principal
James has worked at the intersection of real estate, restructuring, private capital raising and M&A for the past ten years. He has worked on $20Bn+ of real estate M&A transactions and capital raises. He has also restructured $5Bn+ of liabilities, including out of court negotiations with creditors, chapter 11 advisory, distressed M&A and raising rescue capital. Prior firms include Lazard, Raymond James and UBS Investment Bank.
James holds a BSFS from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (Phi Beta Kappa), an MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
